STEP ONE

Inquiry & Discovery

We believe in thorough organization so the project feels seamless. Upon onboarding you will receive an in-depth consultation questionnaire we will need filled out prior to your scheduled start date. On your scheduled start date, we will read your insightful answers and proceed into doing a thorough analysis and extensive research, source inspiration and influences, and discover your unique proposition before we dive into designing. These insights, along with the responses revealed in the questionnaire will dictate the creative direction behind your designs.

STEP THREE

Development & Refinement

Your brand strategy and visuals are the core of this stage. Dependant on the services invested in, the development and conceptualization will be presented to you in a creative and in-depth presentation, so you can visualize how your new look will look in the real world through mock-ups.

Often in this stage you’re reviewing your final proposals and you can begin filling out any feedback, if needed before we plan to export and get you set up for success! You have two included revisions in the process, feel free to use them and we can best help you to provide constructive feedback.

STEP ONE

Launch


At this stage, our congratulations goes to you! Your hard work and investment has paid off and it’s ready to be launched to your audience/the public. Leading up to launch day we will provide you with some actionable steps and creative launch graphics so you can announce your rebrand in an exciting and professional way.

On this day, enjoy the luxury of knowing it’s your day and we are there to support you in any way possible.

The first step involves reaching out and submitting an inquiry through our contact page. We respond within 1-2 business days during regular working hours (M-F from 9AM-4PM EST).

From there we will be reaching out to learn more about you, send you some information, and schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation call.

STEP TWO

Ideate & Research

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We usually book up at least 1-2 months in advance. Securing your spot happens in four easy steps. Send an inquiry form through our contact page. We will discuss your business’ goals, our process, and secure a timeline. Following this, we send you a client contract and 50% deposit invoice. The contract needs to be signed and sent back and the 50% deposit needs to be paid for your spot to be secured for the date discussed. Once these two have been done your spot has been secured for the date discussed. Further on, you will need to complete a consultation questionnaire before the start date.

  • Yes! We work on a payment plan basis always. Our usual structure is a 50% deposit on the quoted amount for your interested service(s) and the remaining 50% at the end to help out with your investment finances.

  • Depending on if this is your first time around hiring a graphic designer, questions are normal! A 30-minute discovery call is complimentary and encouraged before hopping into any project to see if we’re a good fit. Our team will forward you some dates and times to select and choose from to schedule this in. An inquiry needs to be filled out first.

  • Each package or service’s timeline is different and if not tailored to you and your business. This will be determined after learning more about the project scope in the inquiry stage. The start date is based on our next available date. Always check our announcement bar above or Instagram to show you a rough start.

  • Yes, two revisions are included in any project unless quoted otherwise. We will send out a document outlining how to best utilize revisions, if needed, when we work together.

  • Haven’t seen something on the list that you’d like to inquire about or want to book services separately versus packaged? Email us at danielle@daniellelabontedesigns.com and we can create a custom proposal for you that is different from what’s seen above.

  • We understand needing to sit and consider designs! This is important and prevents rushed decisions. We do ask you to please keep feedback in a weeks time from when the design was sent out to stay on track. We will follow up if we don’t receive a response.

    If we do not hear from you in over 2 weeks, the team will touch base and notify you that the project might be put on temporary pause due to the lack of response. Once we hear back from you we will find a new time to reconvene to stay on top of communication.
