HOW DO I USE AND EDIT THE FORM?

Once purchased the editable form should be downloaded. It is a raw InDesign (.INDD) file which can be customized and edited within the Adobe InDesign program. Ensure that all business information is filled out and export as an Interactive PDF to ensure the text buttons are interactive and able to be filled out when you please.
